Reiki Share & Healing Circle

Reiki Share is a great way of meeting like-minded people.

Anyone who has completed Reiki Level 1 is welcome to join.

Each person has a chance to share their Reiki experience and ask questions. It is amazing how much we learn from these discussions.
This is followed by a short meditation and healing circle.


Reiki Share is also an opportunity to practice giving and receiving Reiki. Time spent here all counts towards your CPD (Continuing Professional Development).​​​​​​​​​​​

Meditation practice is to tune into your Mind, Body & Soul.

There are many types of meditations:

- Focused

- Guided Visualisation

-Mantra

-Mindfulness

-Movement

-Relaxation

-Spiritual

-Transcendental and many more

Over the last 10 years, I have tried various types of meditations to see which ones I enjoy and connect to the best in order to get the maximum benefits. My favourite is the Guided Visualisation Meditations where I can follow and flow.

You should try and see which one suits you best. ​
