Reiki
Reiki is a powerful form of energy healing, where a Reiki Practitioner channels healing energy by gently placing their hands on or just above the client's body in a series of non-intrusive positions, covering both front and back. Without the need for massage or manipulation, clients remain fully clothed. During a session, clients often report feeling warmth, cool, or tingling sensations, along with deep relaxation. Some may also undergo an emotional release, indicating a shift in energy.
Each session is a unique experience, tailored by the client's individual energetic state at the time, ensuring a personalised journey towards holistic well-being.

Distant Reiki
It might sound strange, but when a Client needs a Reiki treatment and is unable to attend in person due to ill health or lives far away or even in another country, we can schedule a Reiki session. On that date, I call them for a pre-consultation. At the set time, I send Distant Reiki to them and later on contact them by phone/email to give/get feedback on the session. My Clients love these sessions and the bonus for them is staying in the comfort of their home.

Crystal Therapy
Crystals are Mother Earth's extraordinary gift to us, embodying the essence of transformation and ancient wisdom. They possess incredible resilience and capacity to reshape, heal, and transform—qualities inherent in each of us as well. Having worked with crystals for over a year now, I understand their power to amplify and enhance everything they touch. When integrated with Energy Healing, crystals initiate profound transformations in healing, success, and spiritual growth.
During sessions, crystals are thoughtfully placed on or around the body to enrich the healing experience.

During this session, I align the body's major and minor Energy Centers, known as 'Chakras' in Sanskrit, meaning spinning wheel. Blocks in these energy centers can causes us physical/mental/emotional/spiritual suffering. The session is bespoke to your needs.
